Description
The Micron 7450 MAX is a 3.2 TB enterprise NVMe SSD in the U.3 form factor, built on Micron's 176-layer 3D TLC NAND and connected via PCIe Gen 4 x4. Designed for mixed-use server and workstation workloads, it delivers sequential read up to 6 800 MB/s, sequential write up to 5 300 MB/s, 1 000 000 IOPS random read (4K) and 390 000 IOPS random write (4K). Read latency 80 µs, write latency 15 µs, 99.9999 % QoS at ≤ 2 ms. Endurance: 17 500 TBW, UBER < 1 per 10¹⁷ bits. Features AES 256-bit hardware encryption, Micron Secure Execution Environment, power-loss protection and NVMe 1.4 compliance. Operating temperature 0–70 °C. 5-year warranty.
